RAW MATERIALS
PET plastic steel belt can use raw materials: 100% bottle flakes or crushed materials or thickening granular materials
1. Bottle flakes--- waste mineral water, Sprite, Coke and other bottle flakes as raw materials, after crushing, cleaning, drying materials.
2. Crushed materials---- finished PET plastic steel belt after crushing, screening, cleaning, drying raw materials;

PET plastic strapping (also known as PET strapping) production equipment is specialized for producing high-strength, environmentally friendly PET plastic strapping. Its key features include:
1. Efficient and Automated Production
Continuous Production------ PET equipment utilizes an integrated process for extrusion, cooling, stretching, shaping, and winding, resulting in a high degree of automation and high production efficiency, making it suitable for large-scale production.
Intelligent Control------- A PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touchscreen human-machine interface enable precise control of parameters (such as temperature, tension, and speed), minimizing manual intervention.
Quick Mold Change-------- Some equipment supports quick mold changes, enabling flexible production of plastic strapping in various widths (e.g., 9mm--25mm) and thicknesses. This is convenient and hassle-free.
Finished PET Plastic-Steel Strapping:
The winder could be designed into servo motor unit, inverter motor unit and torque motor according PET or PP materials.
The unique back tooth shaft is used to make the packing belts neatly arranged without overlapping and no horn shape, so that the packing belts maintain a good straightness, which is more suitable for the use of automatic packing machines, and ensures that the automatic equipment conveyor belts are in place. Do not drop the belt.
